Stage 3

Stage 3 – our perfect storytelling and conversations room. Due to the combination of a generous ceiling height together with great adjustable acoustics, this room is perfect for conversations, discussions and theatre, without needing any microphones. Even though, there is sound and lights installed – for when needed and drapes to create a small blackbox. Stage 3 have an adjacent gate towards Stage 2, which makes it flexible enough to be a Wardrobe, VIP-lounge or piano bar.

Standing capacity: Up to 100 people depending on layout.

INCLUDED IN BASE RENT - AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Staff: Sound/light engineer is included to manage the venue's technical equipment.
Equipment / gear: All installed equipment in Stage 3 is included in a normal hire. We also have additional available equipment – ask us for an offer.
Sound, lights and video: Sound system - including Bluetooth and computer connectivity, as well as stage lighting. 75” TV-screen on stand for presentations.
Furniture: 50 chairs are included in a normal hire.
Ticket setup: Sara kulturhus handle all ticketing.
Marketing: All public events will be promoted via our website and social media channels.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included, before and after all events.

Additional charges
No dressing rooms are included when hiring this stage. Dressing rooms can be added, based on availability, at a cost of 1500 SEK per room. Extra rooms can be confirmed no earlier than one month before the event.
Administrative costs for ticket services and scanning are additional.

Other information
Furniture (such as tables, sofas, coffee tables and chairs), can be booked for in house events – the same goes for technical equipment (network, power, draping, lights, sound and video). Please present your needs when booking. Rental fees may apply.
