STAGE 5
Stage 5 - located on the 4th floor, is inspired by the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. The beautiful wooden room stands out in many ways. How about a large panoramic glass façade to the north, customized acoustics, a coverable mirrored wall to the south and a dance floor. This flexible room can be set up as needed. Excellent for all kind of events - from storytelling, live acoustic chamber music to night club and dance rehearsals. Easily transformed with drapes, allow Stage 5 to be used for weddings parties, conferences, or why not classroom seating.
Seating capacity: Up to 100 people depending on stage size.*
Standing capacity: Up to 250 people depending on stage size.*
*Please note: max capacity refers to a layout with a 3-meter-deep stage.

Staff: Two technical staff included (Stage or Lights or Sound), eight hours per person.
Equipment/gear: All installed equipment in Stage 4 is included in the hire. We also have additional available equipment – ask us for an offer.
Sound and lights: Sound system with wireless microphones (up to four systems) and stage lighting.
Ticketing: Sara kulturhus handle all ticketing.
Marketing: All public events will be promoted via our website and social media channels. Contact our marketing department regarding additional marketing.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included, before and after all events.
Additional charges
Sara kulturhus will charge a mandatory wardrobe fee in addition to the hire. Administrative costs for ticketing services are also additional. No dressing rooms are included when hiring this stage. Dressing rooms can be added, based on availability, at a cost of 1500 SEK per room. Extra rooms can be confirmed no earlier than one month before the event.
Other information
Furniture (such as tables, sofas, coffee tables and chairs), can be booked for in house events – the same goes for technical equipment (network, power, draping, lights, sound and video). Please present your needs when booking. Rental fees may apply.
