SOUTH FOYER
The Southern Foyer – both the hub and heart of the building. It connects all five branches within Sara kulturhus (the City Library, The Wood Hotel by Elite, the Exhibiton hall, Västerbottensteatern and all stage areas). It is also a fantastic arena on its own. This spacious area with panoramic windows to the west and south, a beautiful tall ceiling – displaying the unique construction method used in the building - is highly flexible.
Spacious enough to hold a 850 guest fine-dining banquet, complete with entertainment. Exhibition area, or fair – add on breakout sessions and keynote presentations in one - or all of the Stages. Utilize the natural light from the glass façade during the day or create stunning light displays in the evening. Let the ambience, flexibility and beauty of The Southern Foyer inspire you!

Staff: Depending on your needs, we have all the staff you need for your event.
Equipment / Gear: The area is an empty room, we do have prepared Tech-packs (small, medium, large) to offer.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included, before and after all events.
Ticketing: Sara kulturhus handle all ticketing, if the event is public.
Marketing: All public events will be promoted via our website and social media channels. Contact our marketing department regarding additional marketing.
Additional charges
Sara kulturhus charges a mandatory wardrobe fee in addition to the venue rental.
Other information
Furniture (such as tables, sofas, coffee tables and chairs), can be booked for in house events – the same goes for technical equipment (network, power, draping, lights, sound and video). Please present your needs when booking. Rental fees may apply.
