Klara Kristalova , born in 1967 in Prague, and active in Norrtälje. She was educated at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm (1988–1993) and is a member of Konstakademin. Her sculptures are characterized by a unique combination of the fragile and the monumental, where figurative forms often merge with elements from nature – such as plants, animals or mythological figures. Through careful craftsmanship and careful material processing, Kristalova creates works that invite reflection on identity, transformation and existential themes such as loneliness, fear and belonging.
Andrea Lundgren b. 1986 in Boden and active in Stockholm. She is a writer, literary critic and translator. She made her novel debut in 2010 with I tunga vintrars mage.
