Try the Lavis workout

Lavis is a form of exercise that combines dance-band steps with simple jumps and dance movements, all done individually.

It’s a sweaty but easy-going workout where you learn the basics of various dances such as humppa, jenkka, rock/jive, cha-cha-cha and samba. No prior experience is required.
