Good to know before your visit:

Age restriction: 5 years and older, accompanied by an adult
Bag ban: Applies to events in Stage 1 and Stage 2 – read more.
Cloakroom: Mandatory for bags and coats. The cloakroom is located near the event venue and is included in your ticket.
Doors open: Approximately 30 minutes before the event starts
Food and drink: Not allowed inside the venue
Hearing assistance: Available in all our venues – read more.
Walkers: Must be placed outside the entrance. Staff are available to assist if needed.
Elevator: Available by stairwell B, left-hand side
Wheelchair spaces: All wheelchair spaces are accessible via elevator at stairwell B, left-hand side. Due to evacuation regulations, a wheelchair-accessible ticket must be shown by the wheelchair user for entry to events in Stage 1 or Stage 2.
