When Ole Børud previously guested with Stonemountain Orchestra, the response was overwhelming - three evenings that left audiences feeling they had witnessed something truly extraordinary. It was during those performances that the idea of a full tour was born.
The result is a concert full of contrasts: grand arrangements where the entire band steps forward in full force, and moments where the music is pared down and allowed to breathe in its simplicity and vulnerability. A full evening that places the live experience at the center - everything happens in the moment, with the audience as an essential part of the journey.
About Ole Børud
For years, Ole Børud has been a key reference point for musicians across the Nordic region. His funky westcoast sound has influenced an entire generation, and in collaboration with Stonemountain Orchestra - a band that blends precision with playfulness - a musical chemistry emerges that’s hard to resist.
Since the early 2000s, Ole Børud has established himself as one of the most distinctive voices in Nordic soul, funk, and westcoast. As a singer, guitarist, and songwriter, he has crafted a sound that combines precision with natural, infectious groove. His solo albums have become benchmarks for musicians far beyond Norway’s borders, and many describe him as a source of inspiration that has shaped their own musical journeys.
In autumn 2025, Ole released his latest studio album Sleepwalking Again - a long-awaited release that further cements his position as one of Scandinavia’s most respected artists in the genre.
About Stonemountain Orchestra Stonemountain
Orchestra is a 14-piece band from Sweden that moves in the borderlands between pop, soul, and funk - always with curiosity and joy of playing at its core. The group began in 2018 as an experiment in rapid arrangement: reinterpreting and reshaping well-known songs in new musical styles at record speed. Since then, the band has grown into a renowned live act with both original songs and acclaimed collaborations in its repertoire.
In March 2026, the band will release its second studio album - a record that builds on the sound established in their debut Make It Work (2023) and takes the next step in their journey through pop, soul, and funk.
