In May, music history will be made as Oskar Linnros visits Sara kulturhus for the very first time. With his only performance north of Gävle, the audience will have the rare chance to experience one of Sweden’s most influential artists as he returns with a new album and an exclusive tour.

Since his monumental breakthrough with the debut Vilja bli (2010), Oskar Linnros has continued to shape and transform the Swedish music scene. With his unique blend of soulful chords, richly referential production and rap-influenced language, he has set a standard that has influenced an entire generation of artists. His ability to intertwine the personal with something greater, the immediate with the deeply emotional, has made him one of the country’s most significant storytellers. Or, as he himself has put it: “I sing about it so that others don’t have to say it about themselves.”

Oskar is now returning with his first album in nine years. The acclaimed singles Love Is for Losers and Konstig have already paved the way for a new artistic chapter: an album set to be released in spring 2026, characterized by loud fragility, intensity, and lyrics where tragedy and intimacy walk hand in hand.

Oskar Linnros has taken an unusual path, often stepping out of the spotlight to write and produce for others, only to return stronger as a solo artist. With groundbreaking albums like Vilja bli, Klappar & Slag and Väntar på en ängel behind him, he is now ready to add another masterpiece to his catalog.

Ahead of the upcoming album release, Oskar is planning the biggest concert of his solo career: a grand evening at Avicii Arena in Stockholm in September 2026. He will also perform a handful of exclusive shows across the country in late spring, a chance to experience one of Sweden’s most influential artists up close.

A unique evening with Oskar Linnros awaits. Don’t miss it.
